Posting this up as I go along, ’cause it’s probably going to take awhile for me to do everything. I’ll have a .rar’d graphic pack of everything when I’m done.
Shop Menu

Store Name: Each store has a different name. Nice effect, ‘ya know?
Buy/Sell/Exit: What you need to choose from before the item list shows up. Buy leads to the store’s item list, while sell leads to your own. Note that key items DO NOT appear on the sell list as they would in the default system.
Item Name: Name of the item. It’s icon will appear to the left of it’s name.
Price: Item price.
Numbers: These are how much of the item you want to buy/sell. You can increase and decrease the amount by pressing the left and right arrow keys. You can hold up to 16 of the same item at once.
Gald: How much currency you have.
Total: The total amount of your purchase. Pressing the confirm key brings up an “are you sure you want to buy” window box with a yes/no option.
Character face: Each character has their portrait here. If they’re not part of the party, their portrait isn’t there (duh). For anything equipable, icons appear letting you know if they’re better or worse than your current equipment. ^ for better, v for worse, x for unequipable by that character, and = for it being the same or similar to what they’re currently equipped with. For items, no icons appear.

Item Icon: a large graphic showing the current icon highlighted.
Item name: the Item name
Item Type/Sub Type: Like it says. In the above example, the Item Type would be “Weapon” while the sub type would be “Staff”.
Item description: The item’s description.
Main Menu

Arte: Skills menu.
Equip: Equip menu.
Items: Item menu.
C.Core: Capacity Core menu (see below for more info)
FSC: Fon Slot Chamber menu (see below for more info)
Cooking: Cooking menu.
Status: Status screen.
Journal: Journal screen.
Quit: Quit screen (default quit screen, nothing special)
Character name: Obvious (Asch is shown here).
LV: current level
HP: Current/max HP with gauge beneath
TP: Current/max TP (magic power) with gauge beneath
OL: Current status of the Overlimit gauge.
Next: EXP needed for next level.
C.Core Gauge: (next to character portrait) Visual of how the C.Cores have affected the character.
Character Portrait: Obvious.
Place: Where you’re at at the moment.
Gald: How much $$$$ you have.
Time: How long you’ve been playing.
Encounters: How many monsters you’ve encountered.
Arte Menu

Character Name: Obvious

TP: How much TP it costs to use
Usage: How many times it’s been used.
Description: A description of the skill.
Equip Menu

Character Name: Obvious

Character Portrait: Obvious
Value Indicator (the arrow): Only appears when choosing new equipment. ^ for better, v for worse, and = for the same.

Weapon: Currently equipped weapon.
Body: Currently equipped armor.
Head: Currently equipped head gear.
Other: Currently equipped accessory
NOTE: If nothing is equipped, then a straight line is drawn in the middle of the box. Also note that for
all items on this menu, the icon associated with them appears to the left of the item name.
Equipment List: List of equipment currently available. Behaves like the default where if the cursor is over a certain slot (weapon, body, head, other) all equipment that can be equipped by the current character for that particular slot.
Item Icon: a large graphic showing the current icon highlighted.
Item name: the Item name
Attribute: What attribute is raised (str, def, ect.)
Value: How strong said attribute is.
Item description: The item’s description.
Item Menu

Section “Stamps”: This organizes the items into subsections, switchable by using the Page Up and Page Down keys. The section that’s currently selected has their stamp raised up, with a red background, while the other sections are down further, with green backgrounds. The sections are Consumable Items, Weapons, Armor (body armor and helmets go here), Accessories, Food, and Key Items. The default section when you first enter the item menu is Consumable Items.
Item List: Lists all the items in the current category.

Using Items

When you select a consumable item, this screen appears. This is self explanatory.
Capacity Core Menu

C.Cores are equipped here, and they add bonus points to your stats every time you level up.
C.Core Name: Name of the currently equipped C.Core.
Stat list: The list of the characters current stats. The numbers on the left are the characters base stats, +, and the numbers on the right are the amount of bonus points earned so far.
C.Core Visual: A visual representation of how C.Cores have affected the character’s stats. The small stat names and numbers around it show the bonus value the currently equipped C.Core gives.
C.Core List: List of the currently acquired C.Cores.
C.Core Description: Just like any other item description. No I didn’t fill it in; you get the idea by now. @_@
